We are now actively expanding our customer base both locally and internationally. In view of our rapid expansion, we invite the right candidates to join us in the following positions:

 

1. ACCOUNT MANAGER/ SALES EXECUTIVE

 

Responsibilities:

  • To create new market entries and maintain existing sales accounts
  • To plan daily appointments with customers.
  • To monitor the progress of sales accounts i.e. collection, purchase.
  • To monitor the progress of any projects related to the customer.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Candidates with Telecommunications or Networking experience will have an added advantage.
  • Proactive and able take on any challenges in Sales line.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • At least 3 years working experience in Sales.
 
2. MARKETING EXECUTIVES
 

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in promoting and marketing the company's range of products to customers through various marketing activities.
  • To assist sales department in organizing product promotions, exhibitions, product packing, e-commerce and others marketing activities.
  • To assist Graphic Designer in creation of product catalogues, brochures and other literature.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in the same or similar position or field.
  • Candidates with design background/ exposure would have an added advantage.
  • Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
 
3. SENIOR SALES COORDINATOR
 

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate between sales department, production, warehouse and customers on delivery schedule
  • To coordinate with Finance and Freight Forwarder on export documentation and delivery requirements for overseas export sales
  • Prepare shipping documents and L/C negotiation
  • Handle correspondence and liaise with overseas counterparts for shipping and delivery arrangements
  • To generate stock requisitions and work orders based on customer purchase orders to ensure time delivery
  • To plan and coordinate with production on delivery schedules
  • To keep sales department and customers updated on delivery schedules

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in import/export documentation
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team. Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office applications Creative with strong communication and interpersonal skills
 

4. SALES COORDINATORS

 

Responsibilities:

  • To support sales department in performing coordination work between factory and customers.
  • Handling customer order processing including arranging for deliveries
  • Preparation of quotations and data entry
  • Handling customer inquiries, requests and complaints
  • Monitoring inventory at consignment location
  • Working closely with the Accounts department on invoicing, delivery order, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 – 2 years experience in the same or similar position. Candidates with experience in a general administrative/ clerical capacity are also encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate and competent with MS Word & Excel.
 

5. STOREKEEPER

 

Responsibilities:

  • To work with Warehouse Manager to maintain an organised warehouse and updated inventory.
  • To work with sales coordinators on stock requisitions from warehouse and update them on inventory status.
  • To ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly recorded and updated.
  • To ensure all goods are stored in properly designated areas with the support of store assistants.
  • To maintain proper labelling systems for inventory and to ensure easy retrieval of stocks.
  • Knowledge and exposure to ISO standard is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or its equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar capacity is required for this position.
  • Applicants with experience in the telecommunications industry would have added advantage
  • Computer literate and able to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel & Word.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
 

6. PURCHASING ASSISTANT

 

Responsibilities:

  • To handle compilation of cost of material purchased.
  • To assist in transfer of fixed assets.
  • To assist in purchasing of materials.
  • To handle documentation for payment.

Requirements:

  • Possess Certificate/ Diploma in Business Administration or Purchasing and Materials Management
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ working experience in a similar capacity. Those without relevant qualifications but with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity may also apply.
  • Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literate and able to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel & Word.
 

7. ADMIN EXECUTIVE

 

Responsibilities:

  • To keep proper record of all company fixed assets
  • To keep proper record of all machineries and office equipment maintenance service
  • To follow up on the renewal of license and contract (eg. Business Licence, Sirim Certificate, Bumi Pest etc.)
  • Proper control record of daily in & out of company vehicles and keys
  • To verify on the re-ordering of stationeries and toiletries
  • To maintaining proper filing system of all administrative documentation
  • To monitor cleanliness and tidiness both inside and around the company

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Subang.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
 

8. PRODUCTION OPERATORS (10 VACANCIES)

 

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in various production related activities at factory including Fiber & RF Assembly and Metal Fabrication processes such as cutting, punching, bending, milling, assembly etc.
  • To be responsible for cleanliness of assigned job section.
  • To be responsible for product quality control.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Min PMR or SPM qualification.
  • Open to both Male & Female applicants
  • Able to read and understand basic Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to communicate with others.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess own transport.
 

9. INTERNSHIP FOR MARKETING STUDENTS

 

Responsibilities:

  • To initiate, plan, organize and implement marketing plan and marketing activities to assist sales team in promoting company products.
  • To enhance company product image.
  • To keep customer informed on our company existence and product awareness.
  • To organize Customer Database
  • To update Website/SEO/E-Commerce
  • To organize Product Database
  • To initiate product promotions and prepare marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara,Subang.
  • 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
  • Applicants able to commence internship in July/ August 2011 will be preferred
 

10. INTERNSHIP FOR MEDIA / ART STUDENTS

 

Responsibilities:

  • Designing product brochures, catalogs, specifications, installation manual.
  • To maintain website
  • To assist marketer on the marketing material
  • To create packaging design

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
  • Applicants able to commence internship in July/ August 2011 will be preferred

Successful applicants for the abovementioned post shall initially be based at Ara Damansara, Subang until eventual relocation to our new factory premises at Seksyen U6, Shah Alam tentatively by 3rd quarter of 2011.
